Exencess provides high-end enterprise architecture, data sovereignty frameworks, and institutional liquidity execution bridges (MetaTrader 5 integration) exclusively for verified AAA+ corporate entities, family offices, and qualified private clients.
2. Licensing & Cryptographic Validation
Access to the Sphinx Command platform and automated execution bridges requires active cryptographic license validation. Unauthorized reverse engineering, bypassing of Layer-Zero telemetry, or credential sharing results in immediate termination of sovereign endpoints.
3. Limitation of Liability
Exencess acts purely as a systems architect and technology provider. Market execution risks, financial exposure via broker linkages, and regulatory compliance of end-users remain strictly under the purview of the client entity.
4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms or operational engagements shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Swiss Confederation, under Swiss substantive law.
